Yeah, I finished my first hat on Nov 2!! It turned out great... I'm totally pleased. So, I thought I would make another hat for Brad for his Birthday. I looked at patterns for what seemed forever, and every single on I looked at, I either had the correct circular needles, and not the DPN's or vise versa!@ UGhhh... anyhow, so I think I'm going to just use the same pattern I had used for the first hat.
On a side note... I love my critters more than anything, but there are the occasional days that I want to give them back (kidding)... today, Niku was sleeping on the couch and she noticed someone walking by, decided to jump up and bark her little head off... which is ok, but I was in the process of putting another log on the fire. So, when she did that I got startled and bumped my finger in the fireplace and now have a nice burn on my finger. Then, she ran to the kitchen and continued to bark... jumped up to the window seal and knocked house plant down and broke the planter, and dirt all over the kitchen. THEN.... Ichabod (cat) was laying on the desk, looked up at me and pushed my cup of coffee onto the floor (carpeted). SO, I have cleaned critter messes all day today!!
